Yes, you are required to complete your listing entry (online Exhibitor listing & listing for the onsite showguide) as well as the Compulsory Stand Information Form. These can both be found via your Exhibitor portal link.
You can either update this via your Exhibitor portal directly or reach out to our contacts on the right side of this page for assistance. Please note that although the online listing can be updated right up until the show, our printed onsite guide is subject to deadlines.
All contracts are for the Exhibition floorspace only. Exhibitors are responsible for providing walls and carpet/flooring for their contracted space. Pop-up displays will not be accepted in place of walls.

Orders for walls, carpet, power and other services can be made via your Exhibitor portal link.
You are able to register for the Exhibitor badge via your Exhibitor portal link. Exhibitor badges are free-of-charge, and there is no limit to how many staff you can register for your stand.
No, badges are not required to be worn during the move-in days. We will operate a wristband system for these days.
Yes, there is a EAC Info pack available to download on the right side of this page, or you can send them your link to the online Exhibitor portal.

An invitation letter generator can be found via your online Exhibitor portal. Please note that Foam / Adhesives & Bonding / Thermal Management Expo Europe have no influence over this – you should make your application well in advance of the show to avoid disappointment.
